SHOPPING FLOW

1. Select the item you want to buy.

Please click [カートに入れる] at the bottom of the item information when your order

becomes definite. It will be added to your shopping cart on the left.

 

2. Go to Checkout

Please click [レジへ進む] in your shopping cart on the left. The contents of your shopping cart will be shown.

 

3. Checkout

Please enter your personal information, delivery address and payment method following

the instructions on the screen.

We only accept payment by Paypal.

 

4. Receive a confirmation mail

You will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order written in Japanese.

 

5. Please wait for a confirmation email written in English.

5-1 You will receive payment request from Paypal, though please disregard the request

and do NOT send payment at this point.  Payment request from Paypal includes sales tax

and shipping fee for resident of Japan. (**Customers living outside Japan are exempt

from paying sales tax**)

 

5-2 Please send payment when you receive email from us stating correct total amount

due including shipping fee for your designated shipping address.

 

5-3 After processing your payment, orders will be shipped within 3- 5 business days.

 

5-4 Please note when purchased on Saturday, Sunday and holiday, you will receive

confirmation email from us the next business day.
